They are not paying principal amount of fixed deposits they have taken since past several years. Even the orders, NCLT, is giving them, they are not following. They have to be dealt like Subroto Sahara being dealt by Supreme Court.
I had booked an apartment from S&S construction in their Green Meadows venture (now Accurate Wind Chimes) in 2011 August and there is no visibility by when the project will be completed. I already paid 20% of the amount, and the company had asked again to pay another 20% which I denied and told them, as had waited for so long and still there is no clarify on this project completion, unless I get a clear date on writing from them on the completion date, I will not pay any further amount. This people are so cunning, that after 1 month, they send a letter and simply cancelled my contract and told that they will refund back the amount soon, now neither I had my flat or I had received my invested 20% amount from the builder. Even with lot of follow-up and mails, there is no response from their end...
Now as I had lost a huge amount and also I waited for such long and the way I had been cheated by those cunning S&S people, I am not sure how can I get my justice and whether the govt. or the supreme court or anybody can help me to book this perpetrators for their deeds...

Accountability is the biggest causality in InDIA.The biggest offender is the Govt.Offices.FIRST LET THE GOVT.TAKE RESPONSIBILTY TO GIVE RECEIPT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT or give the duplicate signed. The Govt. offices willingly subvert the RTI act by not giving proof of application received and give wrong interpretations. A report said one office had written that only information existing can be given ,not the queries answered,But the RTI rule says INFORMATION IN ANY FORM INCLUDING---.IT DOES NOT SAY INFORMATION IN ANY FORM EXCLUDING--." INFORMATION IN ANY FORM MEANS,in the form of declarative sentence Form, Interrogative sentence form Imperative sentence form and the like.R.PONNAMBALAM
TGS scam is much bigger then this scam, the target there were middle class and IT guys, who were lured with lucrative prelaunch offer.
The scam is Worth more than 1200 Crore rupees. 6000 individuals like mine have invested in them, now they don't even show where such huge amount has gone.
