I got declined transactions two times and in both cases money was withdrawn immediately from my bank account but not reimbursed back immediately. It is kept overnight in their account (and for more time on holidays / weekends). Also the convenience fee which is charged per transaction is not reimbursed. Wonder what if a couple of thousand transactions are declined everyday and reimbursed later without fee. They will be making a lot of money without any effort or expense. All this while they praise NaMo and raking in big money behind his back.
PayTM is a bubble waiting to burst. They are all over the place and one can't even understand what business they are in - are they a mobile wallet or a payment bank or an ecommerce vendor or a discount/cashback site? They are just spraying money without any clue
It's time paytm ramps up its customer care team. They don't even understand plain English. How many ever times email them, they give a totally irrelevant standard reply without even bothering to understand the query. Ultimately you give up exasperated. Faced such issues not once but many times.
