Some times strike is required to awaken the GOVERNMEENT , not too much,because if staff and workers are unhappy , public cannot be pleased. staff grievences redressel is essential any where.
Union and Govt Employees who participte in strike are those who waste Public Wealth.
Its ours money which goes into Toss.
Time has come now where they have to give justification in front public why they are wasting our money, after taking so much increament and Bonus why such greediness exist.
If they cannot justfy then it should be criminalised and should be sack from Jobs and put into jail
Govt should give fare chance to other who are worthy to do Govt job honestltly sincerely

THIS PARTY IS REJECTED NOT ONLY INDIA , ALL OVER THE WORLD, THESE COMMLAIST ARE ANTI HUMAN BEINGS - THEY WILL GO THE SECTOR AND PUT THEIR REDFLAG, THAT IS THE END OF THE EMPLYOOE LIFE. IN INDIA THESE PEOPLE ARE ANTI NATIOANLSIT AND ENCOURAGING NAXALITE- AND HAFTA GANG. FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR SURIVIAL THERE ARE DOING STERIKE, WHAT THEY HAVE DONE WEST BENGALA AND KERALa who ruled FOR SO MANY YEARS. THERE THEY ENCOURAGWED ANTI NATIONALS AND ALLOWED SO MANY BANGLA MUSLIMS TO INDIA AND TRYING TO DESTABLISE WITH SUPPORT OF VATICAN TALIBANS.
Crores of people are unemployed and crores in the private sector are exploited, sacked or laid off and their settlement like unpaid wages, PF, Gratuity etc are never paid. Kingfisher, Saharas and others have left lacs of employees in the lurch.
These striking unions have a secured job, assured salaries, LTC, Medical, Pension, seventh pay commission, arrears for 8 months and 2 months bonus etc.
What a shame that they are still wanting more and more and their wants are never ending.
Govt should now start outsourcing and privatising all such jobs and save thousands of crores of tax payers money.

We need Army rule, where a few laks shot dead does not matter, these communist trade unions, at the behest of foreign powers are holding the country to ransom.
Majority of employees are pertaining to govt. sector who are getting hefty salary, perqs. and pension more than 3-4 times comparing to their counter parts in private sector.
