Strike

These people are doing strike even after good, secure job and good salary. If they might be in pvt sector, they will know their problems. It is the only sector which will not get closed. My company closed and company did not give us any thing. And these people get everything then also they are going on strike. It is very ridiculous. All should be removed and new should be employed in place of it with bond.

S sir. I agree with you. What is the productivity in psus. All employees are coming after 11.oo AM and enjoy all the privileges given to them. No body works for the organisation. All PSU's to be privatised and the striking employees to be removed. Then only India will improve. Now they blam Central government. The recommendations are given by earlier givernment. Why they not saying about the congress Govt. These Presidents and secretaries sit in AC rooms and enjoy all the previleges given by the Management and then trigger the employees to strike. First they should be arrested. What the common man will do.

Well what happened with you was wrong. It cannot be justified under any circumstance. The strike is against such policies. It is mainly for the rights of the labour class from the organised and unorganized sector who face extreme hardships and get paid very little for work they do.

Earlier the govt gets out of doing business it will better for them. These unions know their power and the govts shortcomings therefore they will do everything to retain that power.Govt in the interest of everyone should go by the rule perform or perish and also close down unproductive deptts.

Strike

Those who get good salary and better service conditions go on strike. But none of these unions call for strike for better pay. You are only 15 crores but there are more than 50 crore worker are working like slave with poor pay, no pf, no job guarantee. Always these leaders are begin organized sector.

what they are going to achieve with this strike ?
The unions or their leaders do not have any work. just to enjoy time they are striking.. Communists unions have becme a laughing stock as they command only the autos, taxi unions to some extent. In TN the life is normal and no strike at all.

The issue of contract labours which was picked up by the unions is a worrisome topic and it has to be addressed. As far as development is considered, as raised by people here, should it be at the cost of exploiting any individual is a question that we need to ask ourselves.
