Fed up of the company's data policies and lack of infrastructure. In my area, for the last 6 years, Airtel hasn't upgraded its systems. Now that Jio has come, they have started losing customers so thay have woken up and have started boosting the network in our area.
Doesn't matter thought...many will be moving away from Airtel to Jio.

Correct, Airtel cheating Post Paid customer, Taking charges for 4G but giving services like 2G. Most time google or other online software not open or take so much time. Its a total time vest. I am waiting JIO to dump out Airtel in dustbin.
