It appears strange that our judges are now filled with pathos for the common indian in the case of demonitization. The Indian Judiciary has harrassed the Indian people for generations. Court cases get prolonged enlessly. Judges are absent in from their couts without any prior information. People travel long distance only to hear that there will be no hearing on that day. Not surprising that people are jumping to conclusions about the new-founfd empathy of the judges.
You know why SC is not stopping Lower court to hear demonetizing case, so that some useless man will bungle up & ask govt to stop demonitising so that all the judiciary including advocates holding their useless treasure can utilize the money & make it legal before SC put a stay on lower court order showing their sincerity of work. I know this msg will not be displayed by rediff. Thanks
