what a class..in one sentence you have exposed your background, upbringing, educational background etc..good to see the level of people who are opposing everything the govt. does
We Youth must be Role Model to make a Society of Cashless transactions, which will have multi-fold of Benefits
- Access to New Technology, Many Startups with E-Wallet for Farmers , Small Vendors ,Common Man, - Very Smooth, Instant and Comfortable transactions through Mobile Apps, Kiosks, POS - No Hard Paper Cash, No Coins , No Change
Paper Notes, Coins or Hard Cash is Evil in Entirety, Sooner Vanish Better That is.
If you do not need 500 or 1000 at all, then Why Queue , Why such hardships and Why to associate standing in Queue to Patriotism
Lots of Points being said about problems being faced by Public in current demonetisation situation but no APPRECIATION for BANK EMPLOYEES who r giving GREAT SERVICE to we INDIANs.Please say THANKS to them whenever u Visit ur BANK next time.
There is a labour shortage in industrial areas in hyderabad, as labours are getting rs 300 as commission for exchanging rs 4000 black money. This is truly happening here.

Are you saying that labours are earning less than 300 rupees per day in the industries in Hyderabad ? Are industries in Hyderabad not employing workers on full time / salary basis ?

For your information 94% of India’s work population is in unorganized sector. From 1 July 2015 the National Floor Level of Minimum Wage was fixed at Rs 160 per day under the Minimum Wages Act 1948. If the government’s norms [after Sept 2015 trade unions strike] are implemented then the minimum wage would be not less than Rs 273 per day.
Govt should stop exchange practice immediately. In Hyderabad, many black money holders are employing labours (thru Labour contractors) as benamis for exchanging again and again in various branches. The commission for those labours are Rs 300 for every Rs 4000 exchanged.
Better govt stop exchanging notes as it is helping black money lenders to use labours as benamis (for commission of Rs 300 for Rs 4000 at Hyderabad)to repeatedly stand in queue at various branches.
It has been seen time and again that this exchange business of 4000/4500/2000 is the route cause of all troubles.Big lines are affecting the work of bank, same people are going from one bank to another and lot of misuse is being done.Exchanging note must be banned immediately,it is like undoing of good work.
Most of my friends and relatives are using now their bank a/cs for depositing and withdrawing money and could complete the transaction within 25-30 minutes maximum so why still a section of media, political parties and judiciary think that people will revolt or indulge in riots, kindly note that we all are wise and peace loving and understand the long term benefit of this demonetisation.

Media does not have any job except hype.. Their eyes see only areas of trouble. No one report the goods things done by Bank and their staff.. Its only Politicians and anti social elements who use poor people to convert their ill gotten amount.

Meddia is seeing only the queues but many are proxies and helping in black money conversion then why blame govt. for black money ? . No one should be proxy for conversion. Meddia should see the big picture of a better and secured nation once the transparency improves in monetary transanctions.

Normally the rush at the counter per employee or per node is within 5 AT A POINT OF TIME the crowd could be disposed off within 10-15 minutes whereas if it is more than that ratio it would take more time and depends on the nature of denominations too. If the transaction is in higher denomination time taken used to be less. Here Now: every customer makes two transactions i e one deposit and one for exchange and hence it takes little more time.
During first week of every month branches used to have more CASH transactions.
