Which needs to be given independent jurisdiction. The top bosses are nothing but an ally of the PM. You cannot xpect reforms without their owners nods.

EVILS OFELECTION FUNDING. NEED OF ELECTORAL REFORMS
by ARUN JAIN on Nov 19, 2016 12:40 AM

Vote Bank Politics is a very major source of corruption & consumption of black money. Political parties have double standards. The Nation & the citizens are meaningless to them & they stand ably exploited & befooled. Free Food, water, electricity, wi-fi, etc are some areas & the money gets recovered by way of increased taxes & VAT. Political parties distribute in cash, purchase the Gram Pradhans, distribute various kinds of things like e-rickshaws, laptops, smart phones, dhotis. Lot of illegal money is flushed in costly vehicles which later run on the roads bearing party flags, hooters & becon lights. They enjoy political patronage, misuse & ply in the name of High Court, State & Central Government,Gram Pradhan, Army, Air Force, etc.etc. written on the number plates. They jump the Toll Tax barriers too with total immunity. Huge funds exchange hands & which the donors or the business & service class later tries to recover through corruption, bribes, various boons & favours like ration shops, tenders, cooperatives, NGO, loans, real estate, land, etc, etc, A bronze, silver or gold medal won at Games gets a free plot of land, crores in cash, BMW etc. Same is true in Cricket victories. The Politian woos the people & wins their goodwill - an investment for the party from public exchequer. Electoral Reforms are most important

Vote Bank Politics is a very major source of corruption & consumption of black money. Political parties have double standards. The Nation & it’s people – the citizens are meaningless to them & they stand ably exploited & befooled. Free Food, water, electricity, wi-Fi,etc are some areas & the money gets recovered by way of increased taxes & VAT. Political parties distribute in cash, purchase the Gram Pradhans, distribute various kinds of things like e-rickshaws, laptops, smartphones, dhotis, ex-gratia to “Shahids & Shidats – those who die not defending our Nation & our borders” besides various other d promises. Lot of illegal money is flushed in costly vehicles which later run on the roads bearing party flags, hooters & becon lights. They ply in the name of High Court, State & Central Government, Pradhans, Army, Air Force, etc.etc. written on the number plates. They jump the Toll Tax barriers too with total immunity. Black Money
by sanjay sss on Nov 18, 2016 09:56 AM  | Hide replies

One more reason of generation of black money is the Bribes taken by the government officers. Its a knows fact that a business man has to pay commission to Factory Inspector, Police and other authorities. He has to pay this in cash. This expenditure. Now if any businessman is doing his total business in white, how will he account for the money given in cuts to the government authorities. There are no vouchers, bills or receipts. In such a case, when he files the Income Tax Return, the IT Officer will count these bribes as Businessman's income and levy income tax on the amount. So this is double edged sword. Incur expenditure and then pay income tax on it.

rise in black money due political funding - what is the solution
by raja garaga on Nov 18, 2016 08:37 AM

very true. but how to stop it. does the govt of india have the guts to implement the following measures.
1. when banks cannot accept deposits of rs.50000 and above from a name source without a pancard how can a political parties accepts funds from an unknowm source without any identity, pan card etc.
2. they should surrender that money to rbi why are they not doing. if normal person gives information about black money the gives some % as commission to the person who disclosed that information.
3. Even the political parties should do the same.
4. the law should be strict and prevent the political parties form stocking black money received from the so called unknown sources.
5. Finally if anyone goes to the supreme court also we dont get any desired results. why? off late supreme court is giving standard verdicts like we cannot stop the political funding yes but we asked the political parties to file a affidavit on so an so date.
6. Supreme court that is our judiciary just cannot wash of their hand - i agree if funds are received from known sources judiciary should not get involved but if its received from unknown sources judiciary should get involved to stop this black money from going into the hands of political parties.
is the govt and judiciary ready to implement these measures.

Changing currency
by iype kurien on Nov 18, 2016 08:23 AM  | Hide replies

A majority of Indian Nationals support the financial process of the Government. But the way it is implemented is not all practical. Common suffer. In Kerala Co-operative banks registered under the banking law is denied of monetary transactions by which the common people and small traders are suffering heavenly. Govt says the bank is full of unaccounted money is saved there. Can the government affirm the nationalized and scheduled privet banks do not cater unaccounted and even black money?

Yes cooperative banks are full of unaccounted money. They have never asked PAN or KYC forms for account opening.
