We really reforms in I.T. system. A salaried employee when transfer from place to place, depends upon the place you are paying rental allowance.
But you are taking all of us in one scale and fixing the tax limit. Is it correct sir?
A business man is a back bone to government. You are treating them equally with others.
I suggest you the following points to fix the taxation:
1. Tax limit should vary from place to place
2. Tax limit should vary depends upon the family size and income holders.
3. Tax limit should vary for school and college going families.
Divide the people into groups and fix the tax limit.
If the tax system is equal for all, business people will follow other ways to fulfill their commitments.
Please remember that all the business man are not Tatas, Birlas, Ambani & Adhani etc.
89% small traders are paying only 10% revenue. 11% corporates are paying 90% revenue.
Give relaxation to 89% small business men.

Abolishing income tax or 1 % is apt in L F E
by Joseph on Nov 15, 2016 11:35 AM  | Hide replies

In Liberal Formal Economy, it should not be slab system it should be abolishing income tax or 1% from all which is negligible to all. Subsequent effects and collection can result in remarkable progress.

Slab system cause inverse effects.

Presently income tax and sue mow provision is a weapon for foreign forces to pacify capable people who can improve country. It is also a weapon to limit proper money flow in society.

Legitimate Achievers are capable people who can improve economy and country.

So L F E is better.

Abolishing income tax or 1% or so income tax can make betterment in country.

In expansion of slab system , ruthless extraction from achievers occur. Also sue mow pacify them when they try to overcome competition. In effect mowing of capable segment in human resource.

We common Indians are very happy with the demonetization. But corrupt, unethical and anti nation TMC, congress, AAP, SP, BSP, JDU, JDS, RJD, BJD, CPI, CPM, DMK and NCP are against this great move by Modiji because their black money is stuck. All Indians and India will support you and know the real anti anti nation, corrupt and unethical peoples and parties.

BJP pushes Jaitley to give tax relief in Budget
by susarla suryaprakasam on Nov 15, 2016 11:14 AM

I am against tax relief as it goes mostly to employees whose salaries were already increased abnormally (specially in AP & Telangana and the bribe percentage increased 100 fold). Instead decrease only the common taxes being collected from all and sundry. Also please find a way out to tax politicians @50% of their earnings, specially MPs and MLAs.

Mallaya may be defaulter in loan repayment to commercial Banks but not tax evader. Their default does not effect comman man. It effects Banks who are owned by share holders.
However, demonitising has direct impact on 1) funding of terror activity 2) maginally reducing rate of inflation 3)Increasing Government revenue. The amount of currency notes not surrendered automatically comes as dividend from RBI.
This amount by all estimate will exceed Rs 2 lacs crore. It is absurd to compare a few thousand crore default to 2 lacs crore. Not paying back loan taken and printing fake currency/evading tax are two different things.
