The next step will be to phase out the Rs.100 denomination which also has many fake currency in the market circulation for a long time. If that is also curbed then govt will have a good hold on the horders, now people will start hoarding smaller denominations in future to avoid these situations it may need larger storage space but will give them a good night sleep as the nano chip tech would be a costly affair for smaller denomination notes to be made.
Volunteer help groups may be formed at area level, cities, towns and village level to help out people /families in midst of marriage functions and family crisis. Particularly bank managers may be instructed to cooperate and extend proper help, off course after ascertaining claims with proofs. People should extend help not facilitate.
.....the difficulties in the transitional phase, bearing and thus participating with the Govt. in such a good and bold action to curb black money which had become a security menace to the nation.....all terror groups and underhand dealings were transacted using illegal monsy in the form of high currency notes. Common people will face difficulty in hte dhortrun but be the largest gainers in the long run. And also have the satisfaction of having participated in their govt.'s mission against corruption !

There is no guarantee, you will wake up next day. But does that mean you would not even try to live today? Only black money hoarders are afraid. Common man is very happy.
