at least bank must be open for not less than 12 hour daily without any holiday for change the notes for public if tomorrow bank will open every one will try to change the old note so pls reduce the some problem of the public

The decision is good but the way it is declared is wrong as it create panic. Instead of doing this way, Govt should silently withdraw from banks,ATM other govt treasure and when it is very less in circulation then they should declare.
