Majority of them are white collar extortionists. Code of conduct is required for them.

Why did the journalists break the cordon? Press journalists do everything they like and blame others if someone takes action. Be in your limits.

It is the journalists' fault to have violated the cordoned off area. Do they think above any rule or law?

Why can't media avoid the cordoned area ??By this there would not have been a scuffle?

This media always think they are above law and they don't have to follow any rule or courtesy of not breaking any one's privacy. Whenever media misbehave, every one should teach them a lesson like Tata security personnel so did. This is the only way to control them.

Tata

Why TATA should apologize? These press reporters harass the person, irritate him and when he loses his temper, they ask for apology. Any person has right to speak or not with media, is his right. Media persons should not force him to talk on the subject he does not want to speak. Every time these people seek apology, as if they above everything.

If they ever try to do the above things with anyone, they should be given the same treatment which Tata security personnel a gave them. They deserve it.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT - WHEN LAWS ARE AVAILABLE WHY THIS FREE PRESS WANTS TO RUN MEDIA TRIAL... THERE ARE MANY CASES WHICH PRESS HIGHLIGHT TO GAIN TRP AND KEEP QUIET WHEN THINGS GO LIGHT.... IT IS HARD TIME PRESS BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE AND IN CASE OF FAKE PUBLICITY THE CONCERNED EDITOR SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND BAR....

The uncontrollables
by Navneet Bhatnagar on Nov 05, 2016 11:42 AM  | Hide replies

Advocates and Media persons in India think that they are beyond any rules and regulations. Just because they have got a leeway as to what to project to authorities, both these classes of professionals feel that they can do anything, counter anyone, rebuke anytime and still project a feeling of " holier " than others.

If at all there is any such incident involving persons from these two classes with others, we only hear one sided stories.

This media care for their freedom of expression but never care for other's privacy and their freedom. It is the right action taken by the bodyguards of TATA whose strict action has shown the right place to media persons.

Behave first and then expect others to do so
by Palan Mayurkumar Bharatkumar on Nov 05, 2016 10:50 AM  | Hide replies

Journalists should behave first, before they ask for respect. They think they can barge in anywhere, concoct stories as they prefer to project, provide evidences out of context.

The first photograph above, shows the kind of journalist present. Why did not they say, what they were shouting at first, when the guards appear to be on their calm? Did they abuse the guards?

The media always show their power, influence and create nuisance. The Security personnel so far TATA performed their duties very efficiently and they rightly threw out media people from the scene.
