I think the way the situation was handled was not up to decorum and seems well concerted action plan. Should have given options to guilty if at all to defend and put forth his views in democratic way rather than high handed.

Mistry made an Executive Committee who was having members dear to him !! They were taking decisions which were suitable to him !! Also, in case of loss making Corus, he should have consulted ratan tata before shutting down the same !! Even if a unit is loss making, it is feeding the families of many employees and their families !! The appreciation of land on which the unit is made, can helkp to negate all these losses in the long run !!
