Snapdeal Sell USE Product too..... & cheated customer .... they have nodeal only fake deal... i order a electric trimer from snapdeal ... the send used product with some hare pices in the box.... request for return but no fruitful initiative by Snapdeal.....

The sad part is in spite of several complaints they don't improve...The Customer Service department is pathetic..After narrating the entire problem all they know is to say "I understand your problem, how may I help you ?". "Is there anything else, I can do ?". Without solving problem # 1 they give out solution # 2 which is quite irritating...They are all freshers or youngsters with 1-2 yrs experience and Amazon wants to hire them for cheap salaries, no wonder about the kind of quality results they give...
