before we start the road construction be it highways as well as bylanes, the other works which are not in synchronization, affects the good roads to remain Good for long, we have seen very common in India , that once the Road is done, then the Pipe line work starts damaging the newly constructed road, So that we have another round of repair work and Tender and related corruption, So before we start A Road construction, there should be Proper Norm that all related Pipe line works to be completed First, else there is No accountability for the tax payers money
