Even after 22 months of BJP rule, have we not realised that all that promises of "Acchhe din" were not meant for common voter but for all those BJP functioneries who gave such tall promises. Now atleast common voter should understand that they have been fooled/cheated by BJP.

Mr Bedekar, the blind and bias person like you never raised any objections against six decades of Congress regime or never asked their progress report but you don't have patience to complete even one terms of the present government who are given absolute majority by the people of India to power.

4] are you aware how many ministries are there and how many departments are there at center and at state for each ministries.
4] Do you know how long it will take to build India to a level of Eurpean /USA level.

We cannot say that India has not grown, but we could have grown more after independence; For example: We are self sufficient in food production despite the increase of population over 4 times. Population increased means we have food and good health care - caused less mortality rate. Indians average life expectancy rate has gone up to 68 years from 41 (Iam not sure) since independence.
Largest producers/exporters of milk and allied products.
Science & Tech we are able to compete with top four countries of the world. We are doing better wrt to economy while many countries as of date show negative growth. Eradication of Small Pox, Polio, the country is doing better. Literacy rate has gone up. Negative change: More corruption, this be the main hurdle for better growth. How to overcome is the question now.

Forget opposition, he disappointed (cheated?) his supporters

As an Indian voter I had great expectation from Modi after his solo win in the last general election. People who voted him also under impression that he will clean up India slowly and certainly which is plagued with corruption since Independence, and Nehru is no exception.

The corruption issue was the most focal point during the entire course of election. Modi reiterated it in many election rallies.

However, it is shocked to see the attitude of Modi, who suddenly forgotten everything and started to build his own image infront of the whole world.

This image building exercise by Modi has cost middle class people very heavy. As usual he also started freebies in the name of poor, downtrodden and farmers at the cost of middle class who with their hard work contribute tax to the govt on one hand and forced to pay higher prices to all essential goods and services.

Increased taxes and increased cost of normal life has made common man cheated by this govt. And we may call it as ""Achche Din by Shri Narendra Modi""

If you dont know the truth you should not talk. Most of the death in rural areas are due to Drinking, other woman and gambling. No poltician or Political Parties will say this. Very few deaths are due to repayment of loans. Every farmer knows that nobody forces them for loan payment and they patiently wait to be waived.
Police, Medical ppl and local authorities declare deaths as suicide for monetary gains.

Achche din
by arungopal agarwal on Mar 22, 2016 01:01 PM

Jaitely will take Modi Head very shortly, people want to see Achche din urgently too-but his policies is not fit and suiting to people who voted Modi for this day, if Achche din comes later on when Modi will be out of power, result is zero.
Modi and Jaitely somehow could not maintain balance in between two i.e. Achche din and aspirations of people.

Mr. Modi was doing fine when he was the CM of our fine state. Infrastructure grew, Investment grew. Now being in Delhi, with an full majority Government, i do not see any major changes in the Government since being the PM. Supporters always argue, that change takes time or it is UPA fault or you are a Congress sympathizer, But he has been in the office for nearly two years and small business owners, even hasn't seen the change.

You have already countered what i was going to say. Still, Modi govrnments new policies are blocked by RS at every turn. How do you expect to move past and bring ache din. The same or worse policies that congress brought was fine tuned and bettered , but becuase modi is tabling it, it is being opposed. Dont you see, the other parties are unable to get above their party polictics and work for the welfare of the country. Belive it or not Opposition is not wanting ache din, if it was going to be brought by Modi. It is our mistake that we are giving the teeth modi needs in RS and blaming him.
