Defaults by default ??

What actions had been initiated by our present and past Governments to put these defaulters behind the bar? Government must publish the names of the defaulters and amount. To offset this huge loss our present Government is reducing the rate of interest on Bank F.DS, PPF, MIS in Post office causing great inconvenience to the helpless Senior Citizens.

All willful defaulters of bank loans must be some how related to or protected by Indian leaders. Either these companies or business houses might be own by some politicians or their near and dear ones. This seems to be a great nexus like black money between bankers and leaders. Banking system is at the verge of collapsing and all depositors have the possibility to loose all their deposits in the times to come. No action will come from government in this direction. Government will sleep like it has done in case of black money. Many of these willful defaulters might have left or will leave soon the country for safe heaven (abroad) with any check.

Defaulters

It is seen more number of north Indian Companies found to be in defaulters list. Unless judicial system is changed, strict punishment is given agst the law breakers it would be difficult to rectify many things inclusive of loan defaulters.

Banks loan to industries
by Parthasarathy Krishna on Mar 18, 2016 10:03 PM

Time the govt tightens the PSU banks as pvt banks can look after themselves!! Fact that politicians interfere with PSU banks and in reality the banks are quiet for years as in the case of Mallya!! The ex bank chairman and top officials join pvt companies and siphon out loan from banks where they were chairman etc. It's the nexus of top officials VS the defaulting companies!! Govt should stop board sanctioning loans to officials directly with proper collateral and mortgage!! Can Rediff give out a list defaulters from industry?? It will open a can of worms!!

I am yet to see any big guns being arrested or prosecuted for eating away our money.
Mallaya has been made scape goat so that others escape.
Prosecute bank's cmds and senior officers who kept on approving advances to such suckers.
