I do not understand why these people are keen in welfare of EXSMs. When I was in uniform (2 years back) I asked posting to Base Repair Depot (as mentioned in text above) to gain in depth knowledge of technical systems after 23 years of service so as to boost my knowledge and advantageous to service afterward, it was rejected and I left the service. If they could have given me chance for BRD posting for the reason I explained it would have proven great advantage for ARMED FORCE as well as for me. Left after gaining 23 years of experience.
