I think everybody including this Sr. Manager kept faith in Vijaya Mallaya and continued only because the Salary and packages offered by KF was the best in the Industry. Everybody knows Vijay Mallaya's life style and he is never going to change it. He might have sincerely tried to run this business well, but could not succeed the way as he expected. When the things were not going well, the staff should have jumped out the Ship well in advance than waiting for a miracle to happen with the Company. Running an Airline is a high risk business and once start of trouble shooting, this business can get trapped in huge losses within no time.
I do understand you situation, but when you are working as a Manager, hope that time you showed you powers / position...you have not kept in mind that we are human! you had good package and you acted nonsence...Now it is GODS turn..

Very touching story of the former staffer. I can understand his and others'ordeal. It is sad that most of them have lost job and never able to remain in the industry. Very pathetic and government has not done anything to save these innocent people but allowed VM to escape to UK. Very sad state in India where only riches get justice.
OUR GOVT IS COLLECTING PROFESSIONAL TAX FROM EMPLOYEES . BUT THEY NEVER CARES FOR THE EMPLOYEES , CASES FILED IN COURT GET HEARING AFTER EMPLOYEE REACH RETIREMENT AGE. IT IS INDIA GOVT POLICY TO HELP CORPORATE AND DUMP EMPLOYEES
From the photo it looks that Mr Mallya looks exhausted and has to recruit a few Studd Bulls to take care of those surrounding him. ME TOO has become WE TOO.
I was working for diners club which was taken over by citibank. The old management immediately threw us on the streets. Many staff due to alcoholism. I had tough time, but i am able to manage my life. After that i never trust indian businessmen.
It is heart touching reality of an employees. Govt. need to take immediate action on this to recover their compensation (salary). Bank sanctioned their loan on fictitious assets of the company. But Employees were working hard to revive the Company. All need to support on employees agitations. At any how employees need to get their compensate amounts.
