Promoter treats the company as owner of the company. No one, employee cannot speak against them if they use the company assist for their person benefit legally or illegally no one goes against them. If anyone goes against them they sack them from company. Our regulatory body Sebi, RBI etc knows only the information which promoter wants to give them. Our Indian regulatory doesn’t know the ground reality in Public Sector Company which runs by Bank money & public share. Vijay Mallya done everything wrong still our regulatory body was sleeping now he is out of their reach with hidden assist or known asset which government cannot auction shame for our regulatory body failed to punish Vijay Mallya. Now our BJP government will increase interest rate to recover NPA from innocent people of India we people of India will pay the price by living miserable life already in worst condition. Promoter of company, politician, bank have nexus now they succeeded to make slave every people in India working for them to give them all luxury, all unlimited property to make their life happy.
Mallya has lot of friends in politics, film world, media!! The close ones like Praful Patel, sahrukh khan, Shoba De should advice him to come back and settle with employees n banks!! After all these were his good friends during his hi fly days!!

why media and politicians were not shouted at that time banks were giving him loan blindly though his company not making payment and also run with losses . then we can saved . Ibank workers also same as mallya all to be treated same as loan ghotala

India's sham democracy has created two sets of classes one the rich and powerful who can bend the laws of the land so as to suit them and the other class being poor and exploited class who are always living in fear of the law of the land which the rich and powerful use to exploit these people.
This story of Vijay Mallaya is very much like Bollywood Masala film. It has happened in real. It very sad that chief of PSU Banks have squandared crores of Tax payers money to one Indivdual.This is a serious crime. All concerned Bank officials,Politiciens should be punished.In a country where a poor farmer is committing sucide for default of small amount of loan this kind of loot has taken place. If PSU Banks are going to work like this it is better to close them.
People still blame Modi for not meeting his promises. problem with us Indians is that we see government jobs, jobs in PSU, PSU banks as a means for getting our children into better posts such as a post in World level banks etc. (In fact Dr. Manmohan Singh occupies one such post;Remember he was RBI governor before he became FM and then PM). If the kids have some ability. Otherwise if parents are politicians kids end up as politicians themselves. A person living in a village may not even know there is something in India called as IIT,IIM or St. Stephens or BITS so that he could aspire to send their kid there. Top bureaucrats are engaged in getting their kids to the best colleges and jobs outside India rather than making them work for the betterment of India, given the benefits and exposure they get.

Truly India lives in villages. that is why in civil services and IIT entrances many a surprises ring up through some unknown faces in spite of lack of information and connectivity. Babujis are only interested to increase their perks through successive pay commissions. what else can one justify in raising DA of senior bureaucrats directlyt linking it to Basic pay when it meant to compensate for rise in cost of living indicated by rise of CPI, higher basic pay already giving better differentiation through higher Basic pays. Who compensates for the rise in cost of living for the unorganised sector?? A big Social revolution will only finally set things right.
