It was just a business strategy- Beer baron Vijay Mallya invest to bought the legendary sword for Rs. 1.57cr in a private auction in London in September 2003. Since then ....he is taking loans from lot of banks and no one asking how he will be pay....so friends it was just a small investment and business stratigity. And further planning is like this settlement with the banks without any interest ...on easy EMI.

Is this mallya came in the reserved category? if not how this happens?because country is down only because of reserved category. yet other list r coming we will postmortem the category whether reserved or open.
Mr. Malys shows zero debit in Rajya Sabha. 100% he is right. because he is a chairman of certain Limited company where in chairman is a employee and share holders are paying him. Whatever 9000 crores taken money not for him but it is to company and now company is a responsible. GoI should approach to Registrar of company and make sold all his companies and recover amount of bank dues and then govt dues, thirdly employees due if left it amount then share holders. this is the policy of limited company then why govt is worry about this they can easily recover their dues. only suffer is employee who have sincerely working these group not only this every limited companies. why unnecessrly people that too some bhaktas. This is the first company during NDA 2 and one by one it will come please wait and see what is the fate of this country.

why I give this much information because I was working in Mill and lost my job during 1984. My service in the mill since 1970 to 1984 and I got my dues during 1990 that too only peanut amount i.e. 7 month salary and no other perks. PF received from directly. This is what indian labour laws. Govt. always favouring corporate sector because they are funding election funds hence indian labours are poor.
