It is all fault of the bank. Aviation industry is a loss making business. There was no reason for banks to lend so much. Employees of the private sector needs to understand how the business is conducted. Any wrongdoing must be reported.All large companies including tata group functions recklessly.In corporate world only top management is making money. Lower level staff needs to act smart have some confidence because without them company cannot function.
