some how India seems to have become synonymous with black money. if only the judicial process of punishing the guilty in India becomes quicker we will get over many ills. But this is India.
A GOOD STEP- Black money is easily discoverable from House Builder as they take HARD CASH ( that means salary of somebody, who is purchasing house- making White money to Black)- Chase all Builder and get the BLACK MONEY from builders and similarly from Some dishonest business people too.--
