I. Not a whole hearted approach to get out of cocoon of conservatism. We have been used to conservatism approach in Budget. We have been bored with the approach of fear in every budget. The every previous budget has built mammoth differences between rich and poor. Middle calss has been the prey of such conservatism. It is not justified for those to enjoy the Govt subsidy even they are well off. It is heart breaking to see only 3% of population pay taxes. It is rather astonishing that major part of this 3% are the person of below 5 Lac while more than 10% of population owns private car. This budget should be the tryst to capture the idea to catch the richest. We need the structure to bring the rich to pay taxes. We need more courageous approach in the next budget to fulfill the target of food, shelter, education, healthiness for everyone to reach the vision by 2022. A revival approach has been taken in the Budget towards Irrigation. We have experienced an upheaval change in agriculture after Bhagra Nangal, Damodar Valley project etc came in. But no one looked at it for further revival.. Rural economy is our heart. The investment in irrigation will rejuvenate and resurrect our farmers. Let the farmers avail all the benefits. We are also expecting more reforms in next year budget. We are expecting a concrete vision towards food, shelter, education and public health for everyone. . II. overall budget is good n development oriented. It requires effective implementation.Arya Chanaakya advocated need of selfless political leaders,honest efficient uncorrupt administration n wellaware citzens for the sucess of welfare state.
BJP is very good in motive of development. BJP can not be compare with Congress. Congress noting did other than congress members family survival.I ll bat you withing 10 years India is going to become independent in economy.
