Immediate need is to retire all non performers, unfit and suspected corrupts from govt. service at middle and lower level, as they provide grass root level services to common man and comes in contact with common public. All such people are to be replaced by qualified upgraded staff.
Leaders are normally afraid of these people due to left leaning inbuilt union etc.,Till such people are not replaced, results will not come as per aspirations.

Startups

A very few start-ups survive and that too with good intentions to serve people.Majority of start ups aresold and resold creating uncertainty and insecurity among employees.Startup has a future for founders but not for employees especially middle and lower level employees. It is win win situation for the founders.I do not see any future for start-ups in India.
