Concept appears ok. Dig little dipper and problems ooze out. Imagine the Train load of VIP tourists roaming in National Park with "paisa_vasooli" intentions .... Can that fragile ecosystem handle this? We have witnessed fall outs of excessive tourism even where "living organisms" were not concerned ...... Bechare Tigers !!
Along with the existing frame work my suggestion is to start projects targeting the maneuvering middle class of India. I feel it might be a hitman's show
On my visit to one of tourist destinatin in SRI LANKA,LOCALS WERE CHARGED Rs 20,as a foreigner I was charged 15oo,but the place was worh visiting it was Nuvagriya fort I vagouly remeber
Bipin has rightly said that the treain is beyond the blankets of a common man. Though the concept is great..but for those who can afford . Moreover a stiff competition from other segements with a same price tag may hamper Prabhu' s aspirations

Looking forward to take the ride on this luxurious train. Railways shall organize more trains for various circuits in India from east to west & North to south. I would love to travel in a train covering North East region.
what we are expecting from Railway , to reach the destination or to have substitute of luxury hotel . railways are diverting from their main task It is a mode of transport

Yes.Why should railways be organising tours.It should focus on journey comfort and not waste resources on tourist opertaion

At present they recover only 55% of the cost from train tickets, they need to find additional income to subsidize rail travel
Great Idea. One thing, which should be maintained is the cleanliness of the tourist spots including street urchins/beggars and touts, Secondly In US/western countries nobody spits and throw their trashes, The chatges should be reverse,We should be charged double(rs.500) as We spit?throw bottles,wrappers and unwanted food items etc., We make a mess, where ever we go. we are uncivilised, particularly Punjabis,marwaris and Gujjus.
