In all television Media, it is being advertised as if banks have opened about 38 crores a/cs were opened in two years under jandhan scheme. That means on an average 5-6 a/cs must have opened per branch of a bank per day. In fact it is normal and usual. But it is being claimed as if it is because of the new govt. In fact after nationalisation the banks have grown between 4500-5000 times since then depends of every bank. Pensions are being paid thru banks since late 70s, but claimed thru advertisement as if it is happening because of this govt.

Wilson, Talk to any Bank employee, they will tell you how they opened these numbers of account. BTW,hope u agree out of these 38 Crores, atleast half of them never had any bank account, Even though Nationalised Bank were already there in many places. Lets see that ad telecasted in TV again, Banks used to return poor people by asking lots of docu and guaranter.

Mr.SUSHIL DUBEY. Since 2005, bankers open NO FRILL a/c means with no amount of remittance the a/cs would be opened. Bankers were forced to go to villages, verifying there itself and open a/cs - with mobile van. Earlier bankers used ask proper introduction along with a ration card. This is the only document they used to ask. During 1970s without any document just with an introduction they used to open. Later they had many options like, Driving Licence, Passport, Tel bill, LIC Policy or any document showing their place of residence/work spot. From Late 1990s with Voter id and now with Aadhaar. All such things are just for reference in case any fraudulent transaction happened. During 1983, then Dy Fin Minister Mr Janardhan Poojari propogated going on charging agst bankers and propogated for free lending. Are you not aware as to how the bankers granted loans under IRDP Scheme for agriculturist. (2) Schemes like SEPUP, SEEUY, PMRY,SUME mostly for Urban People - all these applications are being forwarded recommending thru Various Govt Depts. and so many like this - with subsidy. GUARANTORS: meant for borrowers and not as mentioned. MUDRA old win in new bottle.
Some journalists do not have the patience to wait for the five years the people of nation had given to Modi. Even after just two years they are talking the failures than the achievements. This is to create a negative impression in the minds of the people to damage the prospects of winning the next Lok Sabha Elections in 2019. Give him the due five years and let the people decide after that. There are some Intellectuals, Journalists and even film makers are trying their best to down-grade him. I am sure rediff is not going to post it.

what lie man ? can't you differentiate between gujrat or goa and UP/ Bihar in terms of development ? Give credit where it dues . India is still an under developed country because barring few states , most of the states like to remain under developed. It is not modi's sole responsibility , bu the collective responsibility of 120 crore people to help him to build this country .. Never ever seen a article against Yadavs or cpi on why they made their states under developed .. Even in 21st century 90% of people want reservation, free food ?? we all have to work hard to feed self ? how long social measures can be maintained ? How long 50% of people of this country living just in 3 states want govt after govt to feed them ? Just open your eye and appreciate that at last that we got a PM who is not corrupt and trying to take this country forward .. Modi sets the bar so high that his achievements appear to be less. The bar is so high that if he achieves a tenth of what he promised even then it will 10 times more than what MMS achieved.

Right from his Gujarat innings, Modi always indulges in hyperbole to trumpet his so-called achievements which has a tremendous hiatus with reality. Gujarat was projected as an ideal and model State, when the fact is that the State lags behind in many key socio- economic indicators which reflects low human development and this exemplifies the State being a perfect prototype to project the disconnect between growth and social outcomes.
At the Centre, the Government's claim of reduction of subsidy bills by better delivery of subsidies to target beneficiaries is another hog wash, as the subsidy bill has come down only due to denial of benefits to the needy who cannot afford a Bank account or procure an Aadhar card.

Most of the Industrialists and businessmen prefer to invest in Gujarat because of better infrastructure and no labour problems at all. Almost all the industries are there in Gujarat which generate lots of employment opportunities in the state and people of the state dont have to migrate to other states leaving their families behind in search of jobs. The people of the state are happy and satisfied with whatever they earn.You like Kejriwal has only mission to target Modi, BJP and Gujarat all the time without any merit in your criticism. All other states other than than Gujarat are better ? Well, through his well oiled PR network, Modi has never tired himself to broadcast and trumpet Gujarat as a model and Wealthy State having few equals comparable to the Western economies and an aberration of a State in India where metaphorically milk and honey were flowing in the streets.
But in reality, Gujarat tops in child labour, malnutrition, surrogacy and hosts more number of anaemic women.

All Industrialists and businessmen and NRI are wise per than you and they don't believe on any false propaganda like yours and invest heavily only in Gujarat and no other state. Have you ever visited Gujarat ? I have travelled all over the world. Just find out while this preference of investments given to only Gujarat ? Gujarat and Gujaratis never ask anyone to help them in difficult time like earthquakes, flood etc and manage with their own source unlike other states.

In 1984 there was absolutely no law and order in the capital of the country and not a single bullet was fired by the police while in Gujarat nearly 300 people died in police firing and many culprits including MLA are convicted and are undergoing imprisonment. Rahul Gandhi has admitted before Arnab Goswamy about possibility of involvement of Congress workers in 1984 but still after 32 years the families of victims are waiting for a real justice while main accused are roaming free.
