Great news for other states, TN will lose hugely.

TN deserves to go into a financial muddle, Jayalalitha won because she was more successful in distributing money than Karunanidhi and Stalin.
Those vote sellers deserve harshest living environment for them to change their corrupt ways. Sadly those who voted without taking money are real losers in this deal.

My dear Tamil Nadu Employees,

I am working in W.Bengal for the last 30 years. Unions are meant for the welfare of the employees. It should not be misused. As long as it is not misused by both the sides, I feel both the parties need not to worry.

It will cause the IT Companies and employees too.
1. There is a chances of shifting IT Companies to other states.
2. Salaries cut for employees.

In an industry where "job switch" is a main problem and 15-20 % skilled employees regularly switch jobs. So also it's an industry, where time line delivery on International level is most important, Allowing Unionism is a foolish step. Other states will gleefully lap on this opportunity. Probably Amma didn't get election funds from IT stalwarts ...
