What have they been true to?
by Sandeep Mukherjee on Jun 08, 2016 11:54 AM

This Govt has gone back on everything it ever promsied. Economic reforms, bringing in large manufacturing projects, Success against our enemies across the 2 borders.
The only thing they have remained true to is the Cow / Beef issue and bashing up intellectuals who defer with them.

SEC 36 (4) INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT 1947
by dinesh kumar jain on Jun 08, 2016 11:47 AM

In the present circumstances representative of any registered trade union can represent before the court but they take objection for representing legal practitioner by management and take advantage of Sec.36(4)of I.D.Act. All the Judiciary with the workmen, because after the Independence not a single Govt. think on it and allow legal practitioner . Any 7 person register their own trade union and represent the workmen of any industries although there are another union has majority. In such circumstances on the order of Labour court management file Appeal before High Court and thereafter before Supreme court. Due to this increase the no. of cases before the courts. A doctor can diagnose the health parameter of a patient but Our Judiciary only depend upon the paper they can't judge that a private sector provide the jobs for long period and if they fails to run the old business and try to reduce the manpower employee must support in crises but due to law and support of so called leaders they try to take unfair advantage from the poor management although they joined some where else or start their own business etc.

Labour Reforms
by Jagmohan Singh Rawat on Jun 08, 2016 10:37 AM

I would like to mention that minimum wages in each state, each UT,must be raised for skilled and unskilled people. Maximum people covered under EPF and pension policy. Each state change the land act, so develop the industry. So maximum local people get the job in their states. Nobody would like to shift in Big Cities.

Labour reforms
by arungopal agarwal on Jun 08, 2016 10:23 AM

Labour laws are highly exploited by unions in organised sector particularly in govt. sector, where, as if all ills are done by govt. itself. To the extend of Hire and fire laws are required in all govt. or related sector in labour laws.
Of course strict labour reforms are required in un-organised sector where truly exploitation can be finished by any employer or anyone.
