Changes to be visible on ground
by rajesh venkatraman on Jul 30, 2016 08:03 PM

The ground realities should have a sea change for the aam admi to understand the policies of the govt.
3 factors that will attract the common man towards the govt policies are
- Reduction in prices of veggies, fruits, rice and wheat dhal and consumables
- Good roads, drinking water supply, power,
- cheaper and good quality education till graduation
-Cheap and good medical facilities for common ailments to have a fixed rate like for eg. fever, headache, throat infection, cuts& bruises, TB, dialysis, diabetes, Stress related which are common but doctors charge at 350 for consultation and medicines are worth around Rs.150-200
- Faster recovery from natural disasters like earth quake, flood and drought with good compensation to the real owners and needy

Success requires Political Will
by Vattem Krishnan on Jul 25, 2016 10:15 AM

The best judges in reality for success are people.Union Govt or Govt in Center alone can not do any thing except passing legislation and seeking support from States.Any policy decision has it's impact coming through implementation. The country for 7 decades is on the wy to progress with economic initiatives made in 1991 and opening the economy and partnering with other countries to term as Global business. The issue of competitiveness and quality considerations are issue that takes country forward. This can be achieved when thrust is given to manufacturing sector that generates employment and enables FDI.Major Industries and highly skilled jobs are the need of the hour for the educated youth to pay back to the country. These issues unless taken in a consorted way no Govt can claim success.Party politics and success and defeat people understand well. The need is to raise bove that and safeguard National Interest and policies.so the change yet awaited is attitudinal change in Govt. They have numbers .They can do it .If they have will.

Disappointing
by arungopal agarwal on Jul 23, 2016 05:28 PM

Common man is feeling pinch of inflation, more taxes, more and more laws without any result.
Criminals/corrupts are roaming freely - so far no action, no accountability of govt. servants at grass root level, no early judicial system, no political reforms.

I wonder how much could be done in 2 years but, the good done is overwritten by all the bad happening. Roads, tax on everything and pay as many time you use any service. Only pay and see nothing positive to justify this governance of 2 years. Lets wait for 3 more years
