The IITians need to learn walking on the ground. Just getting marks, cracking JEE and passing out of IIT does not mean you can be good businessmen or the generators of successful ideas. Too much overconfidence.
Ola is one of the most foolish startup in India, an app created by people who did not know ABC of transport management is bleeding to death, the drivers are taking them for a ride and minting money with fake trips and getting incentives. Just a degree from IIT and IIM is not enough for a startup, an extensive market research is needed to understand the business model.
