Methods should be found to reduce government expenditure where ever possible by abolishing unwanted posts, curtailing expenses on government functions etc, financial discipline, more tax on cigarettes and luxury goods.
Checking the tax evasion that happens through check posts will go a long way in bringing in much needed revenue

Don't go to that extent. Vegetarian dishes cooked in coconut oil should also be put on the fat tax list. Then I would like to see people like you squirming.
