It is a practical aspect, you want he should be jailed or finished so that thousands get un-employed.

Rs 200 crs charged on M/s. Adani Ports during UPAII was "Jayanti Tax" and not the statutory penalty fined for the so called violations of the environmental aspects.

There is so much ignorance written in your post. Even a class VII student will tell you that businesses are permanent entities & unless wound up for other reasons will not end. If Adani gets jailed his business will continue to run as someone else could buy it & take it forward. We should not be worried if Ambani or Adani are jailed or lose their lives as business will carry on regardless.

The proper corrective action for the parliament is to create a new act in support of the environmental cause, so that corporate titans with right connections will escape with payment of peanut fine.
