India must understand migration of people from village to city is not solution. Village people should not force to come in city by creating worst situation by making unjustified law, exploiting them. Village people should get the required job in village is a solution same like smart city. In village people must get alternative income source as job apart from farming. Day by day farm land getting reduced for many reasons is bigger concern for farmer. Smart village is also required like smart city.

You are perfectly right. I agree with you. On the other hand, this new policy is trying to pull the innocent farmers from their villages into the trap leaving their precious lands and START getting victimized, working for the business class.
