How come when the article pertains to cheap car boom in india, the price mentioned is in Dollars?????? Exploitation from whom?? Indian or foreign companies???

There is total exploitation all over India. When Govt of India & all State Govts exploit farmers (who give us food) what can you expect from small time entrepreneurs who are in turn fleeced by Auto manufacturers, their Purchase Dept, all Govt Depts etc? As long as our Labor Depts (all Govt Depts) want to wear Dark Glasses supplied by Foreign Companies, Bhopal kind of accidents keep repeating. Why cant Labor Dept come to his rescue OR Honda & Maruti recover just 0.5% from every Spares' supplier, to cover all their labor under Group Insurance etc? We do not want to think in that angle any time because it was not written in our Constitution. That is why one Social Scientist commented that "our Babus can not think out of the box because they are trained to do what Ministers tell them to do. Our Babus can only go on Foreign Study tours but not to study Indian problems.
This is how Japanese companies exploit the cheap Indian labor. (All companies exploit labor but Japanese are extreme). They also quickly take control of Indian partners. Look at Hero- Honda (which is now only Honda), Toyota Kirloskar (which is now Toyota only) and Maruti Suzuki is on its way to become Suzuki only. Once the Japanese take control of any company, all the suppliers/ sub-contractors are also changed to Japanese. Chinese are much better, from a purely business point of view.
