Bijli, Sadak Paani a 6 decade old joke
by Rajendra Nayak on Jan 17, 2016 10:34 PM

We should be ashamed of clinging on to this slogan from 1947. The politicians of all parties are responsible for this.
In addition to this we were clinging on to 'subsidy' and 'quota' system.
That is why the present mess up and the blame on the present PM who is trying his level best to keep the 65% young force engaged in some activities.
Whatever happens now, the present PM is blamed for it which is a strange attitude by the opposition. The communists were with the Congress about half a decade before, but nobody ever tried to full fill the above slogan.

Bijli, Sadak Paani is not the agenda of our Political party now they focus on communal riot , reservation, divide the people based on religion to create tension in society. Hence development agenda political party don't want to discuss reason is they believe in doing more corruption to make money for their benefit , Divide & rule is now become the agenda of political party to exploit people by anti people policy, corruption.

India's Prioities
by Rajiv Kumar on Jan 09, 2016 10:32 AM

Dear all, sadak bijli paani being used as much flogged election planks is almost like a sick joke on the people of india by its worthless politicians for ages. That they continue to keep blowing the same trumpet even after 6 decades shows that each one of them cares two hoots about the people and openly and brazenly say so. Of late we hear cleanliness as a priority, but fact on the ground is a big ZERO. Not just it is a ZERO there are no visible actions towards improving it. Next is clean Yamuna project where 5k crores are cleaned off the treasury and gone into some other river bed. we need a cataclysmic change in India if we aspire to ever have a quality of life for which Indians in hordes are escaping the country..

we have already missed every opportunity
by Sudarshan pai on Jan 07, 2016 11:25 AM

We each and every single citizens should think twice whether we need development of smaller cities to smart city just by putting some roads and buildings with proper other infra structure like public transport sewerage systems water supply power supply. we have forgotten the city of Chandigarh was for a limited population designed by a very good urban architect planner Le courbusior.Today we have rottened that city as well other cities. No city can be overloaded with population and do the development. ask the real estate and builders to develop villages and so that some industries could be put up and given employment and conserve the country's resources by using judiciously

world over

The issues of water & electricity are same the world over. Sadak or roads are where India specifically lags. World over all countries face the problem of water availability. electricity, though available uninterrupted in developed countries, is mostly based on non renewables so always under threat.
Specific to India is poorest of road network!!!

It is High time

Indians started Conservation of Forests, Wildlife & Animals on a Large scale.

Everywhere I go, I just see Buildings, Bustling people, Vehicles, Air Pollution, Industrialization, Pollution in Rivers, Polluted & Corrupt mindset, Greed for Money & power, Deforestation, etc etc.

If we don't Save The Forests now, it will too late as it will take 50 to 60 years to build a Forest with all Diverse species of Plants, Trees & animals.

Without Forests, Animals, Rivers, Lakes, Farms, Agriculture & Nature we won't have a chance to survive in this world no matter however Intelligent, Beautiful, Powerful or Rich we are as of now.

If we still delay further it will become impossible to come back.
