The mess that you have created by the so called profit which you claim during your period, is still not cleaned . Lalu, this is railway budget & not your Bihar. You already looted Indian public during your ministry tenure. Prabhu being CA has presented decent budget. Take help of any educated person (if available in Bihar) for complete coverage of rail budget:)
