As long as passenger service of railway is loss making there should not be any expectation for improvement in passenger facility. Besides railway spends most of its earning on social cause of providing employment and pension without caring for efficiency.
when any new train put in service - within 1st or 2nd trip the coaches are badly damaged specially by UP, Bihar & NE public. For Rlys its not possible to take care of the running trains as the stoppage is 5-10 min. For proper cleaning of toilets, coaches, Stoppage should be 20 min. which is not possible as it increases Journey Time. Public using toilets- makes it very- very Dirty even in AC coaches. Public in general - spoiling Trains, stealing electrical and plumbic fittings. Every Coach can't be provided with Rly Staff.

WELL SAID. WE THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE USE OF RAIL SERVICES SHOULD MEND OUR WAYS - UNFORTUNATELY GOONDAGARDI, UTTER DISRESPECT TO CO-PASSENGERS AND ENCROACHMENT ARE THE USUAL ACTS THAT REGULARLY TAKE PLACE DURING JOURNEY. RAISING VOICE ONLY RESULT IN GETTING THRASHES AT THE HANDS OF THE GOONS - SO CALLED PASSENGERS.

How right you are sir.First thing is to abolish Railway board then everything will fall in line.They(Rly Bd) is most autocratic and arrogant officers what they tell is right rest are all fools one should see they function and act it is deplorable
is a lifeline of India, tapped and destructed by Mamta due to populism, If rly is to be improved, accountability of people with early retirement of unfit, non performers is a big issue. Similarly increase in lowest class fare is a must, rly cannot run with these fares. Each time putting burden on upper class is un-democratic.
