Frankly speaking, the write up was very interesting and thought provoking. Goenka did have a ' shell ' from which to blossom - whereas Kalyan had also an infrastructure as a spring board ..!!.. But what surprised me was the write up on Practo's shashank..!!.." people loitering in the office in shorts " may be a little too much but, the ' rags to riches ' man has built an empire from scratch..!!. and hence, was an inspiring narration. Thanks for the writ up and I disagree with the views of Prasanth.

The article was interesting... I have always maintained that the work we do must be interesting to us... pleasure and not pressure... Unfortunately a lot of management strategies make people believe that work is done only when you give deadlines and put pressure on workers... what they don't realize is that most of these workers crack down and over period of time get frustrated and lose interest in work...
The family is a pivotal point to rejuvenate oneself.. some others may prefer holidays... movies ... friends etc.. It is imperative that we give employees the time to rejuvenate and come back with great vigor and enthusiasm to work again... even the famous mr Naik the head of larson and tubro ... as said in an interview...towards the end of his career regretted only one thing in his life...that he spent less time with his family...
