Herr in SURAT (GUJ) such a bazaar is held every week on friday it is called SHANIWARI (as it is held on SATURDAY). You can buy best of antiques at quite a low rate.
It is held on the banks of river tapi near, chowk bazaar. There are two entries to the market one from the MAKKAIPOOl (opp. dotiwala bakery) and other at GANDHIJI's statue (gandhibaug, chowkbazar).
Must visit.... One must go early in the morning for the products are sold fast....so beign an early bird gives you a special advantage.
