Restrictions and huge and long ques will continue till at least Jan 2018. . Lets look at back of D envelope estimates. All Employees: GoI-50lakh; State Govts: 100Lakhs; PSUs, autonomous&Quasi Govt:50Lakhs; Municipal&Gram Pnachayats etc.:25Lakhs; Total about 300Lakhs. Assume 20% employees of have ample scope4bribes that is 75Lakhs. Classify them into 4 classes:Jr most, Jr, Sr &Top. Assume scope4Bribes per employee/day: Rs.3000 ( Avg of potential scope per employee of each class):75Lkahs*Rs.3000*300 Days=2150Crores/day*300days=2150Crs*300=645000Crores/Yr. Now, this 645000Cr money is in several forms i.e. Hard cash, Hidden Bank Acs, Gold&Jewellery, Properties, House Plots& other real estate, Agri land, Stocks etc. So question is 1. From the report nothing is glaring. Bringing a few lakhs of rupees as capital does not seem to be abnormal. Whether he is linked to corrupt business deals or not is the question to be probed which the reporter has not examined at all.

Open your eyes to the glare. How much value of contract was given to these companies? It will tell you the corrupt path taken with political patronage.
Not only him but many others also same... in Kerala, most of the CS are such types only. Modijee, hope you understand what is the real problem. people are not afraid of law and order hence they are part of bribery. I am telling you to bring Lokpal for many years and you are not. I am the first one in India told you about Greece effect in India and you will cry like baby. Last month you cried in Punjab related to 500, 1000 withdrawal. And you may please think now if the real Greece comes to India... Time is still there, bring Lokpal, in the beginning some people may lose job but once they understand it then automatically stops all kind of bribery etc.
