RBI is thinking of issuing a circular asking every account holder to explain why he wants to withdraw cash. Every person who wants to withdraw cash should submit a statement, duly certified by a CA, giving details of his household expenses, the number of earning members in his family and how much cash HD has withdrawn in the current financial year so far.
Most likely Mr Urjit Patel will resign under so much pressure. Mr Arvind Kejriwal may take up his place. In such a case we will be asked to subit with our bank, notes of Rs. 2000/- in abundance & collect Rs. 1000/- in lieu. Also new notes will be printed with NaMo’s picture on one side & Mr Kejriwal’s on the other.
