More Answers than some genuine qustions
by sathyam guda on Dec 25, 2016 03:49 PM  | Hide replies

Big question needs2B answered is what is D quantum&magnitude of day2day&administrative corruption&whatnumber of employees involved in such corruption which in other words is black money/illegal earning/other earnings/unaccounted 4 (by person who gave as bribe&who took as bribe) money R earning. However dis money at RBI level is accounted 4&is floating in financial system some where R D other except4D fact may B that it is not accounted for in D books of account of Income Tax department. Lets look at back of D envelope estimates. All Employees: GoI-50lakh; State Govts:100Lakhs; PSUs, autonomous&Quasi Govt:50Lakhs; Municipal&Gram Pnachayats etc.:25Lakhs; Total about 300Lakhs. Assume 20% employees of have ample scope4bribes that is 75Lakhs. Classify them into 4 classes:Jr most, Jr, Sr &Top. Assume scope4Bribes per employee/day: Rs.3000 ( Avg of potential scope per employee of each class):75Lkahs*Rs.3000*300 Days=2150Crores/day*300days=2150Crs*300=645000Crores/Yr. Now, this 645000Cr money is in several forms i.e. Hard cash, Hidden Bank Acs, Gold&Jewellery, Properties, House Plots& other real estate, Agri land, Stocks etc. So question is 1. Who hold&how much this hard cash form of money? 2. What is the impact of this kind of money on Economy&people/ 3. What is the loss to Income Tax on account of this money? 4. Will demonetization stop Dis ilegal money from Jan2017? If S2what extent&@what costs? Unless answers2above questionsRgen

*Greater outlay for primary
by piri on Dec 22, 2016 07:31 AM

education and health* !!!!

Well, anyone who is sensible and dispassionate enough would have known that the chief purpose of the currency demonetization exercise was simply to divert the attention of common voters in UP from the steep rise in prices of essentials and the dalit beating episodes by Gau Rakshaks. And so the idea is to declare that so many lakh crores of rupees of black money was seized or evicted from circulation with the demonetization (facts be damned).

And the second part of the grand idea to divert the focus of UP voters was to announce big sops for them ostensibly from the lakhs of crores of rupees of black money that the government retrieved with the demonetisation(that more than Rs 13 lakh crores of rupees in 500 and 1000 rupee notes has already returned to the banks and the govt would be really lucky if it ends the exercise with a net gain of even one rupee is another matter).

But what is this *greater outlay for primary education and health* that the komaaaaali is reported to be promising for UPites ??

Would they add up at least to even 1 % of the budget cuts he made in 2015 for public education and healthcare ??

Would anyone be wiser about this even after the Lucknow rally where he is reportedly going to announce these sops ?

Hardly likely, since figures and data are anathema for deluders of men such as komaaaaali Modi !!

Keep your promise Modiji.
by Vikram on Dec 22, 2016 02:04 AM

Modiji will never pass any benefit to the Common Man, even if he does He may do it in the form of Insurances which your ghost has to claim after you die ( like the 10 lakh Insurance for digital payment on irctc ). He didn't pass the benefit of petrol and diesel when crude oil prices were history lowest at $25 a barrel. Instead Excise Tax increased multiple times with end user paying b/w Rs 65-70.It was b/w 70-75 Rs when crude oil was $150 a barrel in 2012.Excise duty on diesel increased by a whopping 140% under his reign and the end user ends up paying taxes and excise duty which is more than the actual cost of diesel. Now, when there is increase in crude oil prices, He isn't decreasing the Excise tax but passing on the burden to the citizens. What new benefit will he provide? Nothing. He eyed for the PF funds not to be withdrawn until one turns 58, thanks to Bangalore Garment factory workers agitation, the plan was withdrawn. It is time for the International Court of Justice and Amnesty International to act now for gross violation of Human rights by the Elected Representative of the Largest Democracy in The World.Modiji, we don't need your freebies. You don't freeze our hard earned money to benefit banks, PayTM or your friend Ambani's JioMoney. Keep your promise. Allow 4000Rs/day withdrawal(after Nov 18 )from ATM's and Rs 24000 from Banks/week.Give Us Our Money,we don't need anything more.Don't hide 500 Rs notes. We are dying for change having just 2000 Rs note.

Constitutional amendment should be made for Parliamentary affairs
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Dec 21, 2016 05:12 PM  | Hide replies

Constitutional amendment or Ordinance duly approved by President of India should be brought immediately to run Parliament session in both the houses without any interruption by Opposition parties as they are not aware that how much money is being spent every day towards the MPs of LS AND RS, the present Parliament session has washed out completely due to corrupt congress MPs and TMCs dada giri to stop stand still of PARLIAMENTARY SESSION, even though President of India has also shown anguish the way Opposition parties did not permit to run both the houses. So, it is must and necessary to bring the Constitutional amendment or TO PASS ORDINANCE to run both the houses peacefully in the ensuing session and give valuable suggestions if any are most welcome. It is unfair - no defence on this point However how do you say that Opposition disrupt the discussion. When Ms Sushma Swaraj as opposition leader said that it was the duty of the govt to run the parliament despite the opposition. In fact now the govt itself seems to have felt to comfortable to avoid discussion over demonitation. Have you ever noticed during this 70 years of history ruling party itself disrupted parliament one day for an irrelevant matter (augusta helicoptar)

RELYING ON BANKS
by Gladyschellam on Dec 21, 2016 04:39 PM

(1)What is the right the govt has what I saved and kept in the bank account for years together. (2)I worked for 40 years getting pension thru bank and I am not allowed to withdraw lesser sum to my monthly requirement.
(3) I work and get salary thru bank and am not permitted to draw to my requirement for the month. Why should I place in Fixed Deposit or in Recurring Deposit or any other account. This bad act of govt restricts people to rely on banks. As of date due to demonitation and restriction of withdrawals, banks have excess liquidity which would cause all banks to show a loss in their balance sheet during quarter and likely to extend to next quarter too. Due to work pressure banks are not able to lend also. Due to lesser circulation of money recovery of loan is also declined which also affected interest income and increase in Non-Performance Assets. Impact will be known will be known at after 3rd week of Jan 17.
