Way to go, I think every elected representative should drive a project like this so that every thing is accountable and transparent, this cannot achieved over night but can start it with clear bench marks and goals.
Now compare this to any south-Indian state where transactions in crores take place in cash only to avoid all sorts of tax and start weeping for concessions as seen in AP and Telengana; as beggars with a bowl in Amma enterprises in Tamilnadu; and as outright looters in Karnataka of all natural resources zero tax. Shame upon them.
