domonitization will bring black money into system , not catch it. once this money is in system now bank, police, IT department and Govt work together to track and get culprits behind the bars / get tax from them. This has to be done by one by one and deadline for this is not 31st dec for your note.
So don't crib again on this because govt never said they will catch black money holders by this date. this duration is only for money exchage.
before closing, i never seen any were govt saying what is written here "The government's initial projections were that of this Rs 14 lakh crore, at best Rs 10 lakh crore would be returned, thus giving a windfall of Rs 4 lakh crores or around $57 billion." So this artical is purely based on writers assumption, not common man expectation/ govt expectation.

One question ? If demonetised money in circulation was 14.6 lac cr on Nov 8 and Rs.17 lac cr will be deposited in banks by 30 Dec. Then from where this balance Rs.2.4 Lac Cr. came. Is it fake currency or this has been printed by Govt. of any time without any record ?

Dont trust SBI figures.."it is also a "Caged Parrot" like CBI..what ever govenrment say they will repeat...Wait till December 31st which is a Holiday in Banks
Many learned econmists are tight lipped..On an average 20% business is down in all sectors..Agriculture sector,Textile and Construction industries which employs maximum people is badly hit...The clear pciture will be come out only January end.
