the indian Airlines does not have budget but is it commercial?
So by discarding budget, It only becomes NOT responsible to the Parliament and can become unaccountable.---just as the Indian Airlines.

Don't worry!!

The Railway budget will be incorporated within the Central budget.

Prabhu increases fair and prices every momth from all corners so no need of rail budget as new train announcements already closed

Merging means hiding establishment cost and indirectly putting burden on all tax payers. Biggest liability is of pension.

Don't worry!!

Once the Railway is fully or even partially corporatised, they will start making profit and contribute to the central coffers.
