India's approach should be well-knit, aggressive, and timely to compete with Intl standard. Iran has long historical and cultural ties with India, and this should be cultivated to get access to Afganistan and Baluchistan through more trust-worthy and strong relationship. Any delay in implementation of any project including strategic Chabahar port will go to Chinese and Pak advantage. This port is important to balance Pak-Chinese bad design in ithis region.
