More aggressive Privatization and Globalization.....
1) We should privatize the public sector companies 2) Make a law to make land acquisition quicker 3) Create jobs by providing funding to SMEs on a massive scale never seen before(SMEs are biggest job creators as opposed to large corporations) 4) Globalize!!!
Where were you Mr.Patel in the last 70 years...hiding your head in the Congress sand pit...Now that it is blown off the India map, your head has come out and you have a clear view of future pessimistic view of India?

Mr Vasan- Well said.Havent seen a gloomier picture of India. We have to be optimistic and take our India to all round progressed nation.
There are more and more peoples are facing job thread now because of slowdown. On reality ask any small scale company owner , he will say "slowdown" and mainly this is global effect. I think government needs to do something more (something missing)
India has to modernize at a more aggressive pace. Our education and health services are stuck with the babus and the middle classes having carved out enclaves for themselves, leaving out the vernacular masses behind. Hardik Patel epitomizes those left behind and agitating. Kashmiris and next Punjabis will follow. UP, Bihar, MP, Rajasthan and Bengal continue to be largely labour class, with no sign of redemption above the caste levels. Haryana surprisingly looks better poised, only because it is around Delhi and enjoys the spoils.
Industrialization - steel, coal, power, mineral and engineering industries were followed by IT and ITeS pharma, services, textiles, etc. providing jobs. But all the sectors are now open to most nations with no leadership position in any of the sectors.
China on the other hand, took unassailable lead in mass manufacturing and strengthened it with intellectual property development.
India has to have to a planned development now, not just policies which seem to be the focus of Niti Aayog. No one knows what it stands for. Planning commission was dismantled in the name of federalism, perhaps a trifle too soon. Arvind Panagariya, or NRI economists are no panacea. We also seem to taking advice from the deputy PM of Singapore ?!!
We are missing Dr Manmohan Singh already. Hedging Japan against China, Nuclear supplies, NREGA, etc. But there were rats in the cabinet ably aided by parliamentary disruptions, because of which we lost precious 5 years.
If Akar Patel is a pessimist (for whatever reason that the responders have attributed to him) then write with facts/figures/rational arguments against the article - not call him names or attribute motives to him. Write your positive with a responsible attitude.
Sensational headlines and unparalleled Modi hate are hall marks of Aakar Patel. Please Mr. Patel 70% support Modi today and this kind of sensationalism is actually hardening people to take a tough stance against you. Check Shobha De' extreme negative remarks. She was literal criticised out of her world. Do you also want to follow???
