Directors float new companies, tempt investers to put in their hard earned money and then vanish leaving investers and banks high and dry.. they then float new companies repeating the vanishing act.. For reasons best known to SEBI, such Directors are never taken to task. NPA of banks are getting accumalated endlessly.. The PAN should easily isolate and help to book such Directors also ofcourse the Chartered Accontants are the GURUs for Directors vanishing /swindling acts.. Poor investers and Banks biggest sufferers.. Sebi and Legislators must wake up and take strict necessary actions..
