It is revenue neutral. It is going to create lots of confusion. Producer states will manipulate.Consumer states will go to the council for appeal.Delays will go on. BJP has no expertise to deal with conflicts. PC had a smug smile. He knows that BJP will get into "Chakravuh" and my get caught in its own web.All business houses will go and benefit.Nothing will reach the common man. Inflation can get out of control. The Govt has no or none visible/ expertise to implement GST to the last mile.Another Swachh ,beti padao and another good program without equipment to deal with

BETTER TO START SOME DAY ENCOUNTER DIFFICULTIES , SOLVE IT AND MOVE FORWARD THAN NOT TO TRY. INDIA IS A DEVELOPING NATION AND WILL KEEP DEVELOPING ALTHOUGH SLOWLY AND UNSTEADILY.
